P E Systems Alliance awarded Professional Acquisition Support Services (PASS) Task Order valued at $29.4 Million. This is the fifth award to PESystems under the PASS program.

The PESystems Alliance will provide expert professional Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to support the 751st Electronic Systems Group (751 ELSG), Hanscom AFB, MA.

(Littleton, MA) March 7, 2008 - PESystems' North East Division has been awarded a Professional Acquisition Support Services (PASS) Task Order contract to provide advisory and assistance services to the U. S. Air Force Electronic Systems Center's (ESC) 751st Electronic Systems Group (751 ELSG) located at Hanscom AFB, MA.

PESystems will provide comprehensive acquisition, project management, financial management, contracting, and administrative and human resources support services to the 751 ELSG assisted by Alliance team members Engility, C2 Kinetics and Booz-Allen. The TO award includes a Base Period and four (4) Option Periods extending through April 2012.

The 751 ELSG is responsible for development, acquisition, sustainment and significant modernization of the E-8C Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System (Joint STARS) fleet. This includes upgrades to the airframe, avionics, propulsion, radar, Battle Management Command & Control (BMC2), and communications systems.
