PESystems Inc. in Fairfax, VA wins a contract to provide DISA web portal

On August 15, 2005, PESystems was awarded a contract to develop and provide follow-on maintenance support for the Defense Information Systems Agency’s (DISA) Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (SADBU) Office web portal.  The portal will provide a single corporate view of current small business information of interest to the DISA acquisition community in order to enhance small business contracting opportunities.  The portal will also focus special emphasis on the DISA’s Mentor Protégé Program (MPP).   Current and future program initiatives will be highlighted on the portal for the small business community consumption, while data will be collected into a backend Oracle database to provide the SADBU with an efficient tool for monitoring MPP objectives. 

PESystems has been tasked to develop the web interface, the backend database structure and content as well as provide configuration management for the resulting system.
